It’s finally here!!! I wanted to share some of the book to get you as excited about it as I am. Just to toot my own horn… this book has 100 recipes. Each one of those recipes has a photo too because you know you want to see it before you make it! You will be making so many of them over and over like I do. If you love Middle Eastern food but you don’t know how to approach it when cooking at home, this book is for you. The recipes are not complicated! They are designed for the home cook unlike so many fancy cookbooks out there that sit on the shelf. Don’t get me wrong, those are incredible too.
